Cancellation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. When you book an appointment that time is reserved for you. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents me from providing services to other clients. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

A 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you do not give me 24 hours advance notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your service cost before being able to schedule your next appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Any client who does not show for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be required to pay 50% of your service cost before being able to schedule your next appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you do this consecutively two times, you will not be able to book another appointment. 

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the cost of the full session.
